The Flexible Spending plan is an account where you can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical, dental, vision, and childcare expenses. Enrollment for this plan takes place between the last week of November through the first week of December for the following calendar year.

This plan is administered through Cher Bumps and Associates. To submit a claim for reimbursement, please click on "Claim Form" and fax it to the number listed on the claim form.
Enrollment into the Flex Plan
Each year, all eligible employees must complete the enrollment form electing or declining participation. Remember this is the plan that allows you to have your group health insurance premium withheld from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
