W-2 Information

All W2's will be mailed to current and past employees by 1/31/10. If you are currently receiving your direct deposit advice by email, you will receive your W-2 by email as well. Please follow the instructions in the email and on the web site to retrieve your W-2. The email will come from "SCC Payroll (via Intuit Workplace)".
If you need to change an address or it is past 2/10/10 and you have not received your W2 please complete the W2 request form.
We do not accept any W2 requests by phone to protect your information. We are not allowed to release pay information to anyone other than the employee, so the request must come from and be signed by the employee.
